PLEASE REFER TO SHIPPING SCHEDULE BELOW FOR SCHEDULED SHIP DATE OF YOUR ORDER:

NOTE: UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WE WILL BE SHIPPING ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY ONLY. THANK YOU.

Our regular shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays.   If you have a special ship day request, please email us @ mulberry.farms!yahoo.com. 

*Orders placed from 11:01 AM (Pacific time) Wednesday up to 11:59 PM (Pacific time) Sunday) will be shipped Monday.  NOTE:  FEDEX Orders placed by 9:00 AM (Pacific time) Monday will ship Monday.

*Orders placed from 12:00 AM (Pacific time) Monday up to 11:00 AM (Pacific time) Wednesday will be shipped Wednesday.


PLEASE NOTE: If a holiday falls on a Monday, we will ship the orders normally scheduled to ship that Monday the next shipping day (Tuesday).

WHEN EXPECTING AN ORDER FROM US, PLEASE (1) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FREQUENTLY FOR IMPORTANT UPDATES ON YOUR SHIPMENT OR QUESTIONS WE MAY HAVE RE YOUR ORDER; AND (2) BE SURE TO PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND "SHIP TO" PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED DURING THE DAY.  IF WE HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR ORDER, YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED UNTIL WE CAN REACH YOU.

IN CASE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES, DO NOT WAIT TO HEAR FROM THE CARRIER THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP!  PLEASE BE SURE TO FOLLOW YOUR ONLINE TRACKING AND CONTACT YOUR POST OFFICE / OTHER CARRIER WITH THE SHIPMENT ID NUMBER BEGINNING THE MORNING OF THE DAY YOUR SHIPMENT IS DUE TO ARRIVE SO YOU CAN TIMELY PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE!**

[A HOLD FOR PICKUP package is deemed "delivered" when it reaches the post office/hub and must be timely picked up (same day).  There is NO refund, credit or replacement available for packages that are not timely picked up or that are unclaimed/returned/destroyed. (Most carriers will only "hold" a package for five days before it is deemed unclaimed.)]
